This is another illustration for publishing projects. This is just an illustration for publishing media. This is for fiction and the characters are not a resemblance just imaginative. I see a lot of illustrative publications which is great. It seems that illustrations are in fashion for this type of content.
This is a publishing style illustration. This has been made in a certain decorative style using bright colours and some texture to add some depth. It was great to try this style too while adding some more detail.
What is this character trying to say? It seems to be in a great mood smiling which can never be a bad thing at least for me. I am happy to see people smiling and especially the characters I create. This is not dependent to any “obscure and scary weathermen”.
Going beyond any of this, this is just a simple picture book style publishing character. The design is flat with some thicker strokes and sprinkles of colours that are pleasant. This could be a fashion illustration as well, despite the fact that this is not really a human character.
This is another illustration of a character illustration! This time this character says something pleasant like Hyvää päivää! Who doesn’t want to have a hyvää päivää? Most of us like to just have a good day!
Just Hyvää päivää! In this illustrative style that I have made and seems to be popular with game style apps. Beautiful day! Never let it take your smile away!
Another verse and another way to converse! No way of turning and no way of doing what he says! It it my life at stake or did I just make my last and fatal mistake? Did I really illustrate? I shall get punished for living, this is someone’s way of giving.
Another verse, another way to converse. What will the next day bring, a character I made? Will I be found dead like someone’s bad maid? Did it resemble, did it resemble? How dare I draw and post a post without getting someone’s filthy hairs on my toast!
This is a publishing illustration. This character seems to be saying something. Perhaps it could be:
‘Good morning can I help you? sorry I don’t quite grasp what you are currently saying?’ ‘Could you please perhaps repeat? I don’t seem to have a clue about what you mean?’ What do you mean? Could we perhaps arrange something again so that I can hear you better? Thank you!
It was great to do this one including this style and was happy with how the face expression came out of it too!
This is another part of the previous instructional isometric illustration. I have kept the same imaginative character and colours and isometric style, although here it is not very visible but the illustration has been aligned to this type of structure, to make it look the same part of the instructions, while continuing with the description that accompanies the illustration.
And something different for this week! This is a publishing style illustration combined with imaginative tale text. I have used a painterly style instead of vectors – more examples here on my art licensing shop https://payhip.com/Sketchesandillustrations
Apart from doing my usual vector illustrations, this is another illustration with freestyle drawing.
It’s been a while! I have busy with other things and with my art licensing digital illustrations. This is another of my illustrations added in the short simple slideshow above. This includes friendly characters for a picture book describing two friends meeting up for different simple activities. These characters by the way are completely imaginative and are not real people or place. I have used bold and lively colours for this and similar style throughout. It was great to illustrate this storyboard style!
